• You must be at least 16 years old to create an account
• One account per person is allowed

• Comply with all platform rules and guidelines

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Upload malicious content or software
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use automated tools to scrape or collect data

User Content:

Prohibited Content:

For Employers:

• Comply with equal opportunity and anti-discrimination laws
• Respond to candidates in a timely manner
• Maintain confidentiality of candidate information

Platform Ownership:

• You represent that you have rights to all content you submit

MITO provides its services "as is" and "as available." We are not responsible for:

• Data loss or security breaches beyond our control

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for our services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Account Termination:

• Termination results in loss of access to platform features

Effect of Termination:

• Immediate loss of access to your account
• Removal of your profile and content
• Termination of any active job applications
